We were very happy with Alan and felt he did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle we purchased when we first went to possible to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We were not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle we purchased when we first went to pick it up. The car had not been cleaned from the previous owner. The situation was remedied, but we felt that the car should have never been delivered to us in that condition in the first place and we should not have had to ask for it to be cleaned. More
