We first started to communicate over the internet, as I saw the car on the Hudson Cadillac web site. She responded quickly and advised me “pictures don’t do the car justice” and encouraged me to come and see it. She was not wrong. As soon as I opened the door I knew it would be mine and I bought it right after the test drive. She made the process of buying the car, as well as picking up the car, a breeze, taking care of all the details necessary. When picking the car up she spent a great deal of time explaining all the features my new car had as well as pairing my phone to it, which would have taken me forever since I am not too tech savvy. She also gave me a gift of a Cadillac travel mug and a Vera Bradley ID/change purse which was unexpected and so very thoughtful.
