This is after they had it for a full 2 weeks. Of course we took the car away from them. But had to have it jump started. It had more issues than when we had it towed in! I will update after the new shop tells us the real deal. More

Worst Service Dept EVER! Inept Technical Staff & Management If your car breaks down in the mountains...DO NOT GO HERE!! Pay extra and tow it to the city. Got an oil change at Jiffy Lube in Evergreen, they f If your car breaks down in the mountains...DO NOT GO HERE!! Pay extra and tow it to the city. Got an oil change at Jiffy Lube in Evergreen, they forgot to put oil in it. Car died on Vail Pass. Towed it to Hudson Auto Source on June 18th. Jiffy Lube is a stand uo company and agreed to replace my engine, kudos Jiffy Lube! It took Hudson 2 months and when I picked up the car it died 20 times on the way down to Denver, drove it right to Medved to see what was wrong. The car was a mess, missing bolts, broken motor mounts, zip tied on parts, parts installed wrong, leaking oil everywhere. They were actually laughing with embarrassment that abother dealer let a car go out like this. The diagnosis was that among all of the mistakes on the new motor install they used the old intake manifold filled with metal shavings on the new motor. GM had an internal memo about this and said that in any catostrophiic engine failure the intake should be replaced. Sent the car back to Husdon, again! A month later they could still not fix it. Demanded the car get sent back to Medved. Medved replaced the engine again, and the replaced the intake manifold, car is now running perfectly in less than a week!! Medved Rocks!! So there is a $575 parts bill from the intake manifold and misc parts and I ask Tim the GM of Hudson to pay for it as they screwed it up in the first place, he basically tells me to xxxx Off. Between the insurance and myself we spent of $8000 at Hudson and nothing was ever repaired and they had my car for two months!! The worst dealership on the face of the earth. Don't ever go there!!! I am filing a lawsuit agaist them this week to get my money back. Avoid them at all cost!!! GO TO MEDVED!! More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They need to rename their "service department" to simply "department" because there is absolutely zero service provided there!!! Left multiple phone messages to speak with their service manager or even simply ANYONE in the service department... Nothing... Two full business days and not a single returned phone call... Went I to the dealership to try and talk with the service manager Michael and was told he was "busy"!!! Busy?!? You're I. The CUSTOMER SERVICE industry!!! How about a little customer service!!! Took to Facebook to leave a review and was assured that "Michael" would be in touch to resolve my problems... Guess what... Still no phone calls... Oh, and my car... Yep, they never completed what they said they would... Bait and switch scam artist at their finest!!! Please, save yourself the headache and head to a dealer in Denver... Avoid Hudson Auto Source at all costs!!! More
