My request was sent to the Hubler Nissan in Indianapolis. The manager there did not appreciate me asking questions about why they are price gouging so much. He did not like me asking about their $5,000 requi The manager there did not appreciate me asking questions about why they are price gouging so much. He did not like me asking about their $5,000 required accessories package. Other than gap insurance, this "accessories" package includes things that have never and should never be required in order to buy a car. He said it is just a package that you have to have in order to buy the Pathfinder. Which I know to be untrue. I have purchased 4 other brand new Nissans, and have never had any of these issues before. He justified all of the price gouging and "required" fees due to this car being only 1 of 3 nationwide. Which is also a lie. There were other things as well, all of which I have documented in text. Even though I was only asking clarifying questions based on my previous experiences and knowledge he told me to stop arguing with him, and to not speak to him or his staff again. I then texted back his sales rep to let him know I was sorry but his manager said I was no longer allowed to speak to him anymore. I didn't want to leave the sales guy hanging. I'm not sure I really thought about how he might respond, but I was definitely surprised. He apparently called the manager, agreed with what the manager said to me, mansplained supply and demand so it is okay to take advantage of customers due to the current economic situation, and then asked me about financing. At this point I am just floored by the whole situation. More

My salesman, “buddy” was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my messages regarding the vehicle I was looking to purchase. This man right here…. I’ve bought multiple cars in my lifetime but have never had such a great experience with a sales manager until now! We came to the dealership looking for a car for my recent colleg lifetime but have never had such a great experience with a sales manager until now! We came to the dealership looking for a car for my recent college grad daughter. She fell in love with a black Nissan Altima but was nervous because she still owed quite a bit on her other car. Jack went above and beyond to make the deal happen even when things didn’t look like they were in our favor. He is so customer oriented and does one xxxx of a job representing Hubler Nissan. My husband and I will be coming back to this dealership for our next vehicles. They are honest, fair and not pushy here. They treat you like family!!! Thanks again, Jack! And kudos to Charlie Nix, the sales associate! When we arrived we were greeted by Charlie! He was immediately helpful and took us directly to what was in my daughters price range. We were hoping for something new and he showed us a perfect car. Some lots have pushy sales people. But this is not Charlie. He was very easy going, knowledgeable and took the time to understand OUR needs. He worked closely with the sales manager and together they ensured my daughter drive away in the car of her dreams.
