Jack called me to follow up on my appointment and I decided to come in to look a I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience buying a car. Jack called me to follow up on my appointment and I decided to come in to look at one of their used vehicles. While I was on my way to the dealership Jack had found a issue with the car in question. He couldn't get a hold of me before I got there and had 2 other cars ready for me to look at. Long story short, I ended up with one of the cars he had available. He and his team worked with my budget, gave me a awesome deal and sold me a awesome car. Paperwork was done fast, Sale was done fast and the next day I picked it up and the car was fresh and clean! The experience overall was reassuring. I went in with the expectation I was going to feel pressured or taken advantage of and it was actually the complete opposite. Jack does a excellent job from start to finish and I am so THANKFUL! Thanks for going out of your way to help me find a reliable, awesome car! More

Elijah spent time time showing us the different features of the vehicle and showed us where to test dr We drove down from Fort Wayne to look at a van. Even though we did not need financing, Dakota was ready with good rates and options if we needed them, which included an extended warranty. TRENT IS DA BOMB Let me begin with saying that Trent was absolutely beyond amazing in every way possible with helping me find just what I needed and more aka TENT IS Let me begin with saying that Trent was absolutely beyond amazing in every way possible with helping me find just what I needed and more aka TENT IS DA BOMB!!!! When I began my journey of research a few years back I was simply going off of looks and had thought I wanted a whole different kind of vehicle..As time went I had to tell myself to STOP researching something that I liked visually and needed to start searching for the best vehicle for ME & my family by NECESSITY and in doing so I was led to the Pathfinder which was one that never even crossed my mind when I began my search! Once I narrowed down to vehicle I then started to contact and inquire...basically I sent the same request to any and ALL dealers that had the Pathfinder...I provided each with my Three must haves of 1) 4WD 2) Third Row 3) Navigation..I believe I sent my list with a total maybe 6-7 things advising that anything after #3 wasn't necessary just nice to have if so equipped.. So my Bottom line was I didn't need anything more than my three things.. I had then started my journey as to the WHO/WHERE I would choose to make my purchase... Of course price was A factor as that is pretty much anyone searching for that new vehicle to help me choose as for who I would go with however that quickly changed! I contacted multiple dealerships at that point....Each inquiry I sent out I specifically STRESSED NOT TO CALL ME as I rarely am able to answer my phone during their business hours as my business hours are very similar and that it is NOT possible for me to answer my phone!!! However I stated that I was perfectly fine with texting and/or emails and that those are the BEST & ONLY way to contact me. With that said I entered my info and gave my cell # along with the email address...AGAIN STRESSING NOT TO CALL ME...HaaHaaa The jokes on me there as it seems those that receive the inquiries CLEARLY don't read the actual request!!! As soon as I hit that send button my phone would start ringing & when I say that I'm talking non stop to the point I had to turn my watch on silent every single day for however long my search was & that is something Ive never had to do! THAT was my first clue as to who NOT to go with!!!! I can't say that Hubler didn't try to call me at least once with all the calls I did receive but if they did they didn't leave a vm unlike the multitude of others nor did they call me multiple times a day ... So it became rather easy to narrow the where I would go list down!! I do have to say that there were a few places that their quoted prices were cheaper than Hubler BUT the way Trent/Hubler went about contacting me, the way they DID NOT BUG THE MESS OUTTA ME. the way they handled business led me right to Trent! So now onto Trent specifically, I do believe he or whomever reviews them actually did READ my request and reached out to me via text and/or email which showed he had respect!!! I APPRECIATED that more than I can even say!!! He seemed to be very professional via text or email yet I also sensed a down to earth & more honest vibe from him as if really he didn't care one way or the other if I bought or not (Said in a good way as in he wasn't pushing a sale on me or being overwhelming, overbearing etc) he just wanted to see if he could help me find something that would work for ne... this also attracted me to Hubler Nissan more than others.... So I finally found a day to where I could leave work a bit early and make my hour plus drive South!! When I arrived he was actually standing outside just chillin...I don't think he was specifically waiting on me as I said I was "hoping to get that way" so not a concrete YES I'M COMING answer sent his way.... However, he had prepared for my arrival in case I did get that way and had 2 vehicles up front and ready to go that fit my exact needs!! This also impressed me as I didn't have to walk the lot and look at 50 million vehicles or have those 4 different sales ppl swarming me asking if they could help me get into a vehicle today!!! As many know as soon as you step out of your personal vehicle and make your way to look in a lot it's like this alert goes off and salesmen dang near seem to pop out the vehicle next you to get to your side like instantly or first so they can win that SALE!!!! Point being that vibe is NOT the vibe of Hubler Nissan!! They really leave you alone until you come to them...As for Trent being outside chill'n he greeted my husband first and then myself when I finally got out to make my way into bldg. The vibe I had gotten just by our discussions via email and text was TOTALLY ON POINT as he was so laid back, nice, REAL and didn't feed me a line of xx to which that also is much appreciated!!! And really all I'm saying goes for each person we had to deal with that night!!! The atmosphere was extremely calm and welcoming, there wasn't that rush rush SELL SELL vibe or any of that overwhelming stuff that you usually feel at a lot of dealerships which made things go smoothly and my stress or anxiety levels didn't fly out the roof!!! In other words from Trent until it was time to sit with Dakota was nothing but a wonderful experience period!!! MY BIGGEST POINT AND THE THING THAT I TRULY LOVED THE MOST ABOUT DEALING WITH TENT/HUBLER WAS THE LEVEL OF HONESTY THERE INSIDE & OUT PLUS THE FACT THAT THEY JUST DIDN'T TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT THEY THEMSELVES WOULDN'T PURCHASE FOR THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS OR SIMPLY JUST DIDN'T AGEEE WITH!! They didn't force this package or that package etc and that showed so so much about Trent himself, and also Dakota at Hubler Nissan of Greenwood!!!! I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NISSAN OR EVEN SPECIFICALLY A PATHFINDER TO CONTACT THAT LOCATION AND ASK FOR TRENT!!! I PROMISE YOU JUST CAN'T GO WRONG WITH HIM AND IF IT WERE POSSIBLE TO GIVE ANYTHING ABOVE A 5 STAR HE WOULD BE OR RATHER, IS TOTALLY WORTH EVERY SINGLE STAR POSSIBLE!!!!! I'm thrilled with my purchase, she's a beauty?? And even tho I was soooo incredibly hesitant on the light interior at the time & in total honesty liked the black Pathfinder with the dark interior more (which I think that was that visual thing trying to take over) in the end I ended up with the red with light almond interior and boyyyyyyyy am I glad I didn't go with what my eye thought it wanted & that I allowed my hubby to make that call for me as to which of the 2 I would go for because now I'm totally in love with me new baby girl in all ways (visual, features etc) NOW IF ONLY I CAN LEARN HOW TO USE IT ALL WOULD BE PERFECT LOL (Im not used to all these options these days since I've been in an 07 Mitsubishi for so long) lol even with the visual tools and reading the manual (who even reads a car manual...ig I do now with all these features these days 🤦🏻???) PLUS of course all of Trents help... I'll figure it all out one of these days 😜 So so blessed and thankful for Trent & his help, guidance, support and ALWAYS being available no matter when I reach out to him about one thing or another... You just don't find this in too many people these days, he truly makes you feel more like a friend than a customer or a commission check/Another sale... He cares period point blank!!!
