Nothing but kindness. They went out of there way to help me and ease my anxieties about financing, and did their best to fit my needs on warranties and extended coverage. I did not feel pressured, and they actual found a better rate while I was debating on my descison. They listened and did their best to help, and I did end up walking away with a car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be back for future purchases, and appreciated the respect given. I can not express enough how grateful and wonderful my experience was. If you are in need of a car, I would suggest at least giving them a look! More

We've always been happy with this service dept, on the rare time we needed to visit an actual service center. This time, an employee scheduled an appt 11 days out, then told us it would not get worked on rare time we needed to visit an actual service center. This time, an employee scheduled an appt 11 days out, then told us it would not get worked on for another 4 days. Gave us a quote for the job, then told us 5 days later is would be more than double that quote. When we said uh never mind, our usual garage can do it for the originally quoted price (which they did), they tried to charge us for diagnosing the issue. Even though WE TOLD THEM exactly what the issue was and exactly what we wanted repaired! Finally got a hold of the service manager, who apologized for the employee and waived the fee. We then took the car to our other mechanic who did the job exactly as we asked, for exactly the original cost. Sometimes the little shop is the better option. More
