The reason we came to hubler Mazda was really because we were in desperate need of a car. We had a price range we had to stick to in order to afford our monthly bills. We needed a four door because we have were in desperate need of a car. We had a price range we had to stick to in order to afford our monthly bills. We needed a four door because we have a 9 month old. We wanted something that was going to be more fuel efficient than what we previously had. We wanted something with low miles. We wanted something that was decently new. We understood that some of these things we wanted were probably not going to make the cut in order to keep to our price range... But Sean refused to accept that fact. Instead he used all the resources he had at hand and with his skill and knowledge he found exactly what we were searching for. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could get anywhere near what we wanted. But we did and it was all thanks to Sean. He is an artist when it comes to selling cars and a very attentive young man. In the car we drove home in there was a part missing in the ceiling. Sean hunted down that part for us and even went as far as putting it in himself. I couldnt be more impressed. With Sean and James as a team there is nothing they can't do. Other dealers beware! I turned to Hubler after a horrible experience with a dealership near by and I am happy I made that choice. I will definately be referring frinds and co workers. Customer Satisfaction seems to actually matter to the staff and it is hard to find good people that actually like helping others get into a better vehicle. More
I went in to get information on turning back in my leased vehicle. Sean was the sales rep to help me and was very friendly. I told Sean my price point I did not want to go over and he already had cars in mind to show me. He was not pushy and did not show me anything that was unrealistic for my budget. This was a great change because in my past experience salesmen would show me a car more expensive then I wanted. In the end we found a car that suited my needs and I was happy with. I felt like he was on my side and worked to get me the best value possible. Sean also went the extra mile and had a few other situations taken care of with my remote start from the car I traded in and getting me a spare key. He was very patient with me and my father and I would highly recommend him to anyone else looking to buy a car. More
Why? That is easy. I came to this dealership with less than stellar credit due to a recent bankruptcy. I had been looking for a vehicle for my teenage daughter (her current car was on it's last wheel, so than stellar credit due to a recent bankruptcy. I had been looking for a vehicle for my teenage daughter (her current car was on it's last wheel, so to speak). Over the course of the last 3 months, very few dealerships would talk to me since they found out about the circumstances I was faced with trying to overcome. We initially set our sights on an older car, a 2000 Monte Carlo with 124,000 miles on it. Something I thought would be affordable (especially since my teenager was really the one that would be making the car payment). Due to my circumstances, I could get no loan for this car due to it's age and mileage. James and Sean worked overtime to try to get me into a vehicle without breaking the bank or my back! James even came in on his day off, with his daughter in tow, to try to garner a deal for me. After 7 hours of searching and researching, James had found a deal that would work for me. He got the financing arranged, at an affordable payment, and we drove away in a 2006 VW Jetta Limited Edition, with less than 35,000 miles on it, fully loaded. A perfect car for my daughter, and one she fell in love with. He provided that Carfax documentaion easing my mind that this was a good fit. After we test drove the car, I knew this one was for us. James had been sitting on this car for only a few days (the dealership had only had it on the lot for 4 days), hoping for a new owner that really deserved this car. He found that in us. They agreed to all of my conditions, including fixing a few of the scratches from the previous owner at no charge to me. He and Sean made me feel human again in this car buying experience. Something I thought was nearly impossible since my bankruptcy experience. I will be in the market again for a car in about a year or so. It will be Hubler Mazda and James and Sean, that I will seek out to help me with my future search. They were most respectful to me, to my situation, and went above and beyond to make ME feel like I mattered to them. Believe me when I say, I appreciated that! No other dealer treated me with this level of kindness, respect, and importance. From now on, mt car deals will be made here at Hubler Mazda in Greenwood, IN.!!! More
We went in looking at a used Mazda but left with a brand new 2011 Mazda 3! I was very impressed with Sean's knowledge of what he was selling. I was nervous to walk out of there with a lease but he reassur new 2011 Mazda 3! I was very impressed with Sean's knowledge of what he was selling. Sean approached me within 15 seconds of me being there and we were test driving the car I was interested in within minute when looking for a new car. Absolutely phenomenal service. I was looking to buy my first car and found one online that I adored ( 2004 Ford Mustang ). Absolutely awesome to work with and I never felt pressured into getting something I din't want. He has a great attitude and I highly recommend him to any of my friends looking to get themselves a vehicle, New or Used. James was amazing in helping me get my car loan and finding the right payments that would fit my budget. He was very timely and explained anything I din't understand. He also let me know I could call him with any other questions I might have. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The next time I need another car, this will be the place I go to. My daughter Karin was looking for a different car. We have had a very difficult getting approval. James Armstrong worked with us and Karin got a 2002 Jeep Liberty which was extremely nice.
