Avoid this dealership and service department at all cost. I notified the dealership immediately and they scheduled a day to drop off the vehicle later that week. Once I went to pickup the vehicle is when things really went downhill. Not only was the gauge cluster not better, it was actually worse than before. On top of that the dash wasn’t even put back together correctly and every panel they removed had damage from improper tools used for removal. When I called and spoke with the service manager about this he said it was done perfectly and he had personally inspected the vehicle and there was nothing else they could do. There are several Mazda dealerships around, pick any of them over Hubler. More

the subaru outback was bought by others and they recommended another one, and I bought it. Unfortunately, before i left, I found an error code showing the problem about tyre pressure. I left the car recommended another one, and I bought it. Unfortunately, before i left, I found an error code showing the problem about tyre pressure. I left the car there and was informed the problem was fixed. When I went to pick up my car. On the way to my home, the error code appeared again. This time, they told me that they can just replace one tyre pressure sensor for me. And I need to pay for other sensors if there is still other sensors needed to be replaced. I think it is unfair. As a company selling cars, they have the obligation to provide their customers normal cars rather than problem cars. More
Came in, put down a deposit on a car to be delivered next week. Next week comes, and I'm given a small apology and a promise that it would be in next week for sure. This happened two more times before I aske week. Next week comes, and I'm given a small apology and a promise that it would be in next week for sure. This happened two more times before I asked them if the really wanted me to buy their car. They said that they didn't care about me, and they would be able to sell the car regardless. I got a car from another dealership the next day. I would not trust Hubler Mazda not to scam me out of money, much less something as important as a new car or repairs More
I purchased my car from here last fall and it was a smooth process. Since then I have serviced here and I would definitely recommend both their sales team and service department. smooth process. Don't ever be fooled into buying the additional "warranty" they upsell to you as a great thing. I purchased tire, windshield, and extended front to back warranty. They take their cut and then pass you off to Assurant which is WORTHLESS. Dealership cannot even get a hold of them on the phone. They just hold up their hands and claim to be at the mercy of the insurance company they advocated to you. They know it's a scam too but it's obviously very lucrative. Shame on me for buying it. Don't repeat my mistake!! More
Terrible! My and wife wasted 2 hours of our lives in their store them trying to run our credit! Then presented us a truck I didn't like. Then they tried selling it to us at a high price and didn't fit our budget I backed out right away! Then they had 3 salesman's gang up on me tried to talk me into buying it. Very disappointing, and no, the customer is NOT always wrong In good faith, I leased a new Miata from Hubler in July 2016, and of course, it was all about extracting as much money as possible from my pocket. The In good faith, I leased a new Miata from Hubler in July 2016, and of course, it was all about extracting as much money as possible from my pocket. The car itself is disappointing, but that's another subject for another day. I paid off the lease on 4 February 2019 by writing a check to Hubler Mazda. The check came out of my account four days later on 7 February, HOWEVER, Mazda Chase Credit did not receive my pay-off from Hubler until 22 days (three weeks) later on 1 March. Where the xxxx was the money. Indiana law requires that I be provided with a title within 31 days. I've repeatedly called Hubler and been told they have nothing to do with the transaction; the title should come from Mazda Chase Credit, and they've done all they can do. I believe this is wrong!!!! I did business with Hubler, and they should care enough to follow-up. Indeed, in a conference call, today 15 March 2019 between myself, Mazda Chase Credit and the business manager at Hubler, the MCC supervisor informed Hubler that they were indeed responsible to provide me with the title which MCC had sent them on 5 March. Folks, in case you've never heard of this concept: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. This customer will never darken your door again. On a positive note, their service department always did a good job. I still don't have my title, but at least everyone knows who is responsible for providing it. More

VERY poor service experience . I Recommend NOT using Hubler Mazda in warranty or out of warranty. Bearing(?) noise in front end was diagnosed as bad tires without even a test driv . I Recommend NOT using Hubler Mazda in warranty or out of warranty. Bearing(?) noise in front end was diagnosed as bad tires without even a test drive. I had to talk them into taking it for a test drive. They swapped tires and test drive still demonstrated noise. After further investigation they said noise was 'normal', and CHARGED me $95. VERY poor customer support. Since they charge within warranty period, I STRONGLY recommend not buying a car there are using them for service. I am out $95, and car still makes the same noise. Car has 29k miles and is 2.5 years old. More
