Wayne came up to us with a friendly gentle approach while we were walking the lot. He didn't force the interaction and was well prepared. He listened to what we wanted and gave us multiple options, talked through the vehicle and was patient with our search. We found a car and took it for a test drive. Then we visited 3 other dealerships to do our due diligence but did not experience the same level of service, pricing, or options. We returned to meet with Wayne who helped us with getting the car into our price point and let us test drive it one more time. While the time at the dealership waiting to get with the finance officer took some time, it was not unreasonable and should be expected at a good dealership like this one because they're taking their time to get it right. During this time, Wayne was very personable and we were able to engage about a number of topics. In the end, we love the car we were able to find and highly recommend Wayne to support anyone in finding their car.
