I took my car in for the 60,000 mile maintenance. I called to make an appointment and got Riley in the service department. He was delightful! I normally get service at another location however this dealership is practically in my back yard and I am thankful to find a great service manager to work with. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I left my tire sensors were not working or "relearning" and they wanted to charge me over 100$ for something that worked when I came in. Knowing When I left my tire sensors were not working or "relearning" and they wanted to charge me over 100$ for something that worked when I came in. Knowing that it was not a battery problem in the sensors I took it to Costco where I bought my tires. They relearned my sensors and were done in about 3 minutes with no fee. They also found a huge bubble on one of my tires that the dealership should have caught if they had looked at all. I ended up having to buy a new tire because it was so unsafe to drive on. I no longer trust this dealership to be honest or look out for my safety. More
