They were able to put me in a new car with a crazy low interest rate, which was so surprising to me. They walked me all the way through the process, as this was my first experience buying a car. Ed made sure I understood everything about the buying process and he assured me many times that we could look at as many cars as we needed to to find what I wanted. They worked hard to find me the model and options I wanted and they came through with a fully loaded Premier model. As with my first car, they found me reasonable financing and beat my bank’s pre-approved interest rate! I live in Fishers, Indiana and the drive to the south side was worth my time! My appointment was at 6:00 pm and we negotiated well past closing time. They never seemed inpatient or pushy trying to make the sale. The results, I left that evening with my new car and saved thousands off the sticker price! A great dealership and I plan to buy my third car from them in the future. Highly recommended! More
