Went in for an oil change and new wipers. They did a multi point check, rotated my tires, and topped off my fluids. Took about an hour, they called me when it was done. My biggest problem was I was told the repairs would take two hours, two-and-a-half tops. The repairs were just over three hours. I don't mind if they take that long...I do mind being told something short two hours, two-and-a-half tops. The repairs were just over three hours. Tori at the service deck was wonderful. That’s all. The rest of the experience is horrible. I dropped my NEW 5k miles in for electronics went out. Had to replace all displays. Parts were ordered and shi rest of the experience is horrible. I dropped my NEW 5k miles in for electronics went out. Had to replace all displays. Parts were ordered and shipped, i took my car in. They told me 3 days total and they didn’t have a dealer used vehicle so I had to rent a car myself. After day 1 no news, day 2 end of day I get call that parts didn’t make it in and 2 weeks before they could get them. So now I have spent over $1500 on a rental and finally got my new car back. They didn’t even bother to wash it. It was so dirty. I would not waste my money on a chevy. They people are great but the process and experience sucks!!!! More

Seriously I do give this dealership a 5-star rating when I've had to make appointments for service they've always accommodated me for whatever day and time I need it. And on one occasion I cancelled three t I've had to make appointments for service they've always accommodated me for whatever day and time I need it. And on one occasion I cancelled three times on them and I feel so bad about it but yet they were so understanding and work with me with my work schedule and got me in for service. More
