After spending weeks looking for the right truck, Bobbi found one for me exactly like I wanted. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and even went out of her way to get my truck delivered found one for me exactly like I wanted. She was very responsive throughout the entire process and even went out of her way to get my truck delivered on time. She worked with her manager and got us the best price we found out of several dealers. She was hands down the best sales associate we encountered along our journey and she made everything we wanted become a reality. If you’re looking for the best price on a vehicle and you’re having trouble finding what you want…Call Bobbi! More

Bought car. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Jerrod set up appt so it could be detailed. Used amoral cleaner and white rag was brown and black when done. Then used amoral protectant. That rag was dirty too appt so it could be detailed. Used amoral cleaner and white rag was brown and black when done. Then used amoral protectant. That rag was dirty too. Was told the seats would be steam cleaned. I used Spray and Wash and a rag on the seats and rag was brown. Either Jerrod lied or the company who does the detailing did. Will never return to this location. Had bought 3 vehicles from the Greeneood location with no problems. Very disappointed. More

Completely Inept Sales Dept. I don't normally leave reviews unless something extraordinary happens for either good or bad...So based on my one star rating you can guess which is t I don't normally leave reviews unless something extraordinary happens for either good or bad...So based on my one star rating you can guess which is the case here. My experience began on August 10, 2017 as I had been in the market for a newer vehicle thinking that I wanted a Malibu. How "lucky" (or unlucky as it turns out) I was that the salesman Cameron happened to be on duty. He pointed me to a Malibu and that had been "inspected and certified." He gave me the key and I took it out for a drive. As I pulled out of the lot I heard a loud grinding noise that I thought must have been a motorcycle or other vehicle behind me. I went a few blocks and checked all around only to realize there were no vehicles around me and the noise continued. I immediately turned around and took the car back and told the salesman that something was wrong with the rear end of that car. I started back towards my vehicle and he suggested that maybe I try a 2016 Hyundai Sonata that they had just gotten in. I should have just kept walking but I had never driven a Hyundai Sonata before and I had heard and read some good things about their newer vehicles, so I thought I would try it. I ended up really liking the car so I went back in and made an offer on it and asked for the CarFax report. Cameron said sure I'll get that for you. We then proceeded to start some paperwork and then he sent me over to the finance department, at which time I asked the finance manager for a copy of the Carfax report as well, to which he replied "sure I'll get that for you." We began signing paperwork and before long I had the keys and was ready to go but had still not seeing the Carfax report. In my excitement I went on home and showed my family the new car. The next day I called the dealer back to get the Carfax report at which time I was transferred to the sales manager Josh who read some details of the report to me over the phone and noted that the car had been in an accident. I was very surprised! Why had this not been revealed at the time of the sale? I asked if there was anything that could be done about it and he promptly said "no all sales are final." I told Josh that if I would have known that the vehicle was involved in an accident I absolutely would not have bought it! I asked him if the warranty would be affected by this and he assured me it would not. So I left well enough alone as the car seemed to be fine. Three weeks later I emailed the salesman to ask him if he could schedule the 15,000 mile service for me. He responded and said sure and we set up a time. I also requested a courtesy vehicle to use while my car was being serviced. He said no problem, one would be available. This morning I dropped the car off at the service department and they did have the service ticket scheduled but there was nothing noted about having a courtesy vehicle. I could not wait at the shop so I ended up walking 4 miles home. I don't blame the service department but it sure seems to me that the sales and support staff are completely inept! I WILL NOT be recommending Hubler Chevrolet in Shelbyville to ANYONE! More
