Bought car. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Jerrod set up appt so it could be detailed. Used amoral cleaner and white rag was brown and black when done. Then used amoral protectant. That rag was dirty too appt so it could be detailed. Used amoral cleaner and white rag was brown and black when done. Then used amoral protectant. That rag was dirty too. Was told the seats would be steam cleaned. I used Spray and Wash and a rag on the seats and rag was brown. Either Jerrod lied or the company who does the detailing did. Will never return to this location. Had bought 3 vehicles from the Greeneood location with no problems. Very disappointed. More
