Unfortunately both the car purchase time he was the salesman. He is so rude talking with both the car purchase time. This guy doesn't know how to close deal. Every time after price and payment term settled, some wired issue has been brought that pissed me off. I suggest don't go to that car dealer, even if you go there don't have him in your negotiation table. I don't know whether he could ever sell a car, bc for me success rate is 0 out of 2. More

While there we On the day of our 59th wedding anniversary my wife and I took our 2009 Acura RL to Hubler Acura in Greenwood IN for a routine service. While there we saw an MDX AWD Advance on the showroom floor, liked it, went home after the service and brought our Lexus LX 570 with us back to Hubler, traded it in and drove our new Acura MDX Advance home that evening. We found the staff to be friendly, respectful and professional and were most pleased and impressed by the superb salesperson who made this happen,, Mr. Sean DeCosta. We look forward to continuing our association with Hubler, even with the one-hour travel time between our home and Greenwood. Sean and the Hubler dealership have a fine automobile product in a beautiful facility. Best wishes to them all for their terrific work on our behalf. More

I Drove 45min south to Hubler, I admit, I walked in with a chip on my shoulder because of my experience up north. I was met by Jeremy, he first showed me around the dealership, showed me the Starbucks, water, TV's showing service department, restroom ext. I was so impressed with the level of service. I purchased my first New 2019 Acura RDX with ease! Everyone I encountered was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend Hubler Acura More
Sad.... Had a deal and they would not do the right thing. Current 2010 white Altima for sale by them. Still on the lot FYI. Test drove the vehicle on New Years Day spent 4 hours there because of the holiday lack of staff. Ben sales guy was great. The engine light was on when I drove it. It ran okay advised I liked the car and would purchase contingent upon fixing the engine light. Never asked for a price reduction at all. They assumed engine light was oil issue. Ben called and advised us the engine light was fixed. He made mention it was catalytic converter. Was making final arrangements to close the deal and asked what repair was done to fix the light. Turns out they just reset the code. Sean (sales manager) called me and told me would cost $800 to fix. They would not fix the car so the deal is off the table. Don't buy the 2010 Altima unless you want to pay the extra $800 More

Walked in with cash only to have the sales manager tell me that my cash was no good at his dealership, the funny thing is that his name is not on the front of the building. Our David Coverdale wannabe salesman tried four times to get us to finance a car. Took my "Indiana cash" to a Kentucky dealer where they proceeded to give me what i wanted for my trade in and worked out a price on a MDX with no pressure, It was late in the day so they paid for a hotel room. The paperwork and nicely detailed car were ready for me the next morning.. Honda international was not very happy hearing what I had to say about Hubler Acura. More

Great experience My wife and I recently bought a 2019 rdx from Hubler Acura and I can honestly say that the team there was excellent to work with. I encountered Several different people through the buying process and every single person was helpful and friendly. I called several times with questions and got quick responses each time. The sales people were fair and honest and very friendly. The loan process was seamless. I forget the ladies name but she was a joy to work with. Both sales managers I worked with the 3 days of the process were great. It was late the dealership was closed everyone stuck around to take the time to help us and there was no rush to push us out the door. Taylor, sorry don’t remember her last name was the first sales person we dealt with incredibly helpful and friendly. She was great to work with highly recommend. I would like to thank our salesman Aaron Smith for going the extra mile going through every aspect of the car with me and my wife. The car is like a rocket ship It truly was some of the best customer service I have ever received. He is by far the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with and like the rest of the team at Hubler very friendly. With out a doubt I would recommend buying a car at Hubler Acura!!!! More
Classic used car bait and switch Buyer beware. Made 2 trips to Hubler and placed a hold on 2 RDX's (2018 and 2017). Preferred the 2018 which had great price but had been in "minor fen Buyer beware. Made 2 trips to Hubler and placed a hold on 2 RDX's (2018 and 2017). Preferred the 2018 which had great price but had been in "minor fender bender" as the Sales Rep said. On 3rd trip, we pushed for more info on that, and what we were initially told was a minor bump was actually over $12,000 in repairs. Minor, huh? So we gave up on the 2018. Then turned to the 2017, which we were told had been sold while we were discussing the 2018. When we asked about the hold we had placed on it, we were told that the hold was only good at the price when we placed the hold on the car and since we wanted to negotiate, they were free to sell it to someone else. So in their classic lack of full disclosure, that was never explained to us when we placed the hold. So I guess shame on us. Also beware that some of their sales reps are not very well versed in the cars they sell. I wish you well if you go there, but do your homework ahead of time and be prepared for possible bait and switch tactics. More

Sales manager Scott Combs can' return phone calls. Dealer lied. Traded for a new 2017 Acura RDX former was a 2011. Decided to lease, the dealer bought my car and agreed to a price. I am now going to the police.... they stole my vehicle. That's right! They took my car and have not paid for it. This is going on for three weeks..... STAY AWAY More
