This is the fourth car I have leased from Hubler Acura and Scott Combs. Scott is the reason that I leased my first car with this dealership as I knew what I wanted and went to Hubler and Ed Martin to sh and Scott Combs. Scott is the reason that I leased my first car with this dealership as I knew what I wanted and went to Hubler and Ed Martin to shop. There was no comparison when working with the two sales reps. Scott was thorough and answered every question I had. I tell anyone that is interested in an Acura, to call Hubler. I live on the northside so this dealership is a drive for me but I still do all my service at Hubler as well. Tabitha is great to work with and they get me in and out quickly. Jeanne More

I came in to check out a TL and had been to another Northside dealership expecting the same runaround. Worst dealership ever!! They don't understand that the purchase is only the beginning of the relationship. The managements take is they only sell the Acura, not build them. They get you in by a lower price than other Acura dealers, then BEWARE. Chose another Acura dealer, you'll be much happier in the end. More
I purchased a Black 2000 328i BMW that was suppose to be in “Excellent” to “Great” condition back in February, to date I have spent $2,175.00 and by the end of the week I will have spent a total of $4,215.0 in “Excellent” to “Great” condition back in February, to date I have spent $2,175.00 and by the end of the week I will have spent a total of $4,215.00 on car repairs (Motor & Rear Suspension). Next month, I have to schedule the car to have the front suspension repaired ($1015.00 + 170.00). This is a car that was in “Great” condition. I was disappointed in the car quality. I had expected to receive a higher quality car coming from an Acura dealership, that was a bad assumption on my part. Should I assume the new vehicles meet this same Quality? My wife and I had talking about purchasing a new Acura, but due to my experience at Hubler Acura we are looking elsewhere. Suggestion: You might want to consider selling used cars that are comparable to the Acura, or perhaps they are. More
Have used this dealership for service on 3 Acuras over the past 5 or 6 years and they have always been very accommodating with loaners if needed, delivered the car when promised. Once they took a part off a new car on the lot so that I would not have to wait for one that was back-ordered. Prices are fair but as with any luxury dealer not cheap. But the good service, customer treatment, etc. makes the few dollars more of little consequence. More
