All service personnel do Avery good job in servicing our toÿota. But each time we bring it in it takes about 2 weeks to get everything working as we had it set. My husband took our truck in to find out what was going on with it after a car accident that happened on Jan 6th and after the collision/body work had been repaired. We were told and given a list of what e on with it after a car accident that happened on Jan 6th and after the collision/body work had been repaired. We were told and given a list of what exactly needed to be repaired. We found out that what needed to be repaired could be done, but we decided to bring it the next day because my husband had other appt. When my husband brought it back the next day 3/6/24, Kolby took care of it and presented great customer service. However once the service tech brought the paperwork to my husband and he left, the same message popped up on the message board which lead us to believe nothing was fixed and we had paid over $250. I called back because my husband was upset. It was during lunch time so it was a challenging to get Kolby or anybody. Eventfully, Kolby called back. I explained what happened and how upset we were. He apologized and made us an appt for 3/12 at 10am. I will say again that Kolby gave awesome customer service, but the simple fact that my husband drove about 30 miles and the same message came up again made me question was anything fixed at all. I asked Kolby what was fixed and it explained what was suppose to be fixed but said he was only going by what his tech person said. I hope this problem will be rectified on 3/12 @10am. Update 3/12/24 My husband took truck back since the code was on. We were then told between the time we left until we came back something else had occurred and the code was picking that up. At this point we are very frustrated and confused. We were told that the code was from that now, not from previous issue. They gave us a loaner (no cost) told my husband they had to order the part. No charge for the loaner and once the part comes in they will call us once the truck is repaired. 3/14/24 My husband is going out today to have it fixed 🙏🏾😮💨. So we paid for first code and have to pay for second code. This ordeal has been stressful and frustrating and costly. More
In my personal opinion I would not recommend anyone using this particular dealership for any service the folks are nice enough but if i had spent 60k on a vehicle I would want to at least be asked about a wa this particular dealership for any service the folks are nice enough but if i had spent 60k on a vehicle I would want to at least be asked about a wash or vacuum for the vehicle and with the plan my son has I think tire rotation is at no cost according to him and they charged $160.00 but could be wrong More
Jacob is the definition of what customer service should be. He always takes the best care of my car and I. He's respectful, knowledgeable (if he doesn't know it he will find out for you), keeps you inform be. He always takes the best care of my car and I. He and the rest of the service crew take care of their customers with ease and expertise. I originally went to another service center closer to home but because of such great service I will go out of my way to deal with this team. They rock. More
