Nasty, dirty car! Purchased a car and so far not impressed. Actually wish we had not purchased from them at all. They said they could do something with the car and turns out they couldn’t BUT they kept it for 10 days, didn’t do anything AND returned a nasty car. It must have sat outside for days (while they didn’t work on it) and they did not even rinse it off before returning it. Again, not a may to make a positive statement about your dealership. More

Not good Had car accident. Gas tank damaged in accident. Got car back on a Friday afternoon and could not drive without windows down due to gas smell. Got car Had car accident. Gas tank damaged in accident. Got car back on a Friday afternoon and could not drive without windows down due to gas smell. Got car cleaned and ran thru 2 car washes. One cleaning under carriage. Took car back in for service to look at. Service claimed they drove car and no gas smell., no leaks or issues with repairs done. Also claimed they shampooed back floor area but there are leaves still under car mats. I understand the gas tank was damaged in the accident but there is no gas smell on outside only inside! How does gas get inside of car! Very un happy with repair service. Experience. Just bought car from Vester in June of 2019. More

The Service Tech broke one of the center caps on leftnrear I had a great experience purchasing my 4Runner at the dealership. The Service Center has been much less enjoyable. The Service Consultants have not al I had a great experience purchasing my 4Runner at the dealership. The Service Center has been much less enjoyable. The Service Consultants have not always been friendly and futon this last visit the Setvice tech broke one of the tabs off of the left rear center cap. The broke price rattled inside of the cap causing us yo think something was wrong under the car. More
