I went in for an oil change and dropped my vehicle off. I received a call that my vehicle was ready with 20 minutes to go until they closed. The man who called suggested a bunch of different expensive services that I should have done. Then said they were about to close and I could pick up my vehicle tomorrow after they open. I needed my vehicle and never discussed leaving my vehicle overnight. This bothered me. I was able to get there to retrieve my keys but I didn’t like who that was handled and don’t like how there is ALWAYS a list of things that I’m needing to have done to my vehicle that aren’t necessary and expensive. More

I had Bonnie as a representative. I presented a coupon for oil change upon checking in. Upon checkout - she told me my charge was $57. I questioned it - she said she forgot the coupon when she ran it the for oil change upon checking in. Upon checkout - she told me my charge was $57. I questioned it - she said she forgot the coupon when she ran it the first time which gave me a $67 charge. She said she is was $57 with my discount. I was very confused with her explanation. I really thought $57 was too much with my coupon. - but paid with a credit card and left. After examining my bill, I saw that the original charge was $57, and the amount charged to me was actually $40. While I am pleased with my total, I am totally displeased with Bonnie. She obviously was more confused than I was. My question is - what would have happened to the $17 extra she was charging me had I paid cash? I used a credit card - so I actually paid the correct amount. How many other customers has this happened to? Needless to say, her service affect d my overall score as she was the only Toyota face I dealt with. More
