Never call back that day, called back midaday next day, They do not communicate with the switchboard so when someone is out and you leave a message u do not know if the person u called is even working. This was awful and makes me question doing business with them. This is not the first time this has happened. More
Dealer has always been quick and efficient with my appointments with limited wait time. On day of visit I asked about drip molding being covered under warranty which it was not. great service but.. I always use them for services but hate the up selling. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspec. and ended up with $800 in service reco I always use them for services but hate the up selling. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspec. and ended up with $800 in service recommendations of which i can do most myself for less than $200 (except for the alignment that they did already less than 6 mos ago). Not their fault since I have worked in service centers before and know all the "up selling" they are expected to do. All in all these are really transparent people and genuinely try to take care of customers More

Poor workmanship Had a scheduled maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. Later in the day I could hear noise coming from underneath the hood. Upon examination, fo Had a scheduled maintenance of oil change and tire rotation. Later in the day I could hear noise coming from underneath the hood. Upon examination, found there was a plastic Pepsi bottle wedged beneath the oil filter chamber to catch the excess oil from removing the oil filter. Bottle was rubbing against the alternator causing noise. Bottle could have easily caused belt to come off. Technician did not go back and double check that everything was good after completing work. Very disappointing for a dealership. More
