pathetic my usual oil change/tire rotation appointments take hours so this time I dropped my car off the night before for my 8:30am appointment the next mornin my usual oil change/tire rotation appointments take hours so this time I dropped my car off the night before for my 8:30am appointment the next morning. When I arrived at 12:30 to pick it up I was ignored by two staff when I asked what was going on with my car. Finally I had to ask for a manager and explained to him that I was very disappointed that it was now 1:15 and I was still here and had an 8:30 oil change appointment. My bill was also wrong because they charged me for tire rotation when the tires were bought from them so it was supposed to be free. The manager made several excuses such as pandemic issues and short staff but I quickly told him we haven't been in a pandemic for the past 5 years when I've been waiting all day for an oil change that I had scheduled an appointment with. I also told him that I would never purchase another car or have any additional service done at this location. I understand things happen and there will be delays but this is their norm. I have finally learned my lesson. I will not go back and unless you have an entire day to spend on an oil change I would suggest not going. More
Hubert Vester Toyota service is always awesome. I always come here for both of my vehicles and the employees are always respectful. They handle my vehicle in a timely manner even when I walk-in and not have come here for both of my vehicles and the employees are always respectful.
