Pleasant people always, however they always want to suggest some work that may be needed on my car and charge out the Ying yang for it. However, in handing over the key fob at the start, I specifically requested the vehicle be locked when service was complete. As I signed the service work at pick up, I was told the key fob was in the car, which means the car was NOT locked. I felt like the service tech blew off my specific request even as I asked, not even acknowledging my question as why it was not locked. The Service person behind the counter even chimed in saying, I told you to keep it locked. Regardless of it being near the service garage, I specifically requested to keep it locked. Disappointed. More
