When I broth my truck in, I told the service person that I have a running light out, and that my left signal light was blinking fast. She state that it need to be replace. Service Department I took my four runner in for a 60,000 mile service. Had an appointment for 10:30, I arrived at 10:15. Got checked in , saw my favorite salesman Mr. I took my four runner in for a 60,000 mile service. Had an appointment for 10:30, I arrived at 10:15. Got checked in , saw my favorite salesman Mr. Vinson, got a car to drive to do some errands. Came back 12;18 my truck hadn't even been pulled in for service. I waited another 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally Terra brought my information saying the Truck is ready, They did not reset the service alert because when I got back in the truck the first thing I noticed is the maintenace soon sing flashing. I left and came home, I was not about to wait any longer. Also my husband notice that thy did not rotate my tires. It makes no since to have an appointment and the just overlook you. I was never called to say we are running behind. i am highly upset with the experience. More
The service was done promptly but the problem happened after that. After a couple of days when i checked my carfax maintenance history it still shows tire rotation due even after doing it. When i called up the service desk and told the issue they made me wait long time and finally the service manager told that "he has no control" over what carfax pulls from their DMS(Hubert vester). I told it is their responsibility to reenter the crucial tire rotation entry which is missing. He asked me to call up carfax and i was like "are you kidding me". I am third party in this and the service center and carfax have to fix this bilaterally. After a lot of " coaxing" he agreed to call up carfax himself and "fix" it. He said he would talk to them and give me a call back. BUT IT'S BEEN 2 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE THEN. Maybe they don't care about returning customers!!! More
