I was having a problem with a battery that had died several times recently. Danny Meacomes came to my house jumped my battery and took car in. He worked so hard to find a solution,, and he did! The service technician Matt did a good job in keeping me happy with the service i was having done., i did complain about the price of windshield wipers and he was able to get me a better price. However when i went to pick up my vehicle, i stood in front of counter, no one else in line and not a single person said anything to me, not just a minute sir or may i help you for about a few mins, maybe 2,, there were 4 associates behind the counter, none on the phone. Then a female assoc/Melissa asked my name, walked over got my chart and gave me the price, gave her my card, she asked did i want car driven up for me, i said yes. Never an acknowledgement or a thank you, Poor customer service checking out. I also do not like that you no longer offer customer loyalty. I do not like coupons and do not like to have to do comparisons. I want a company that appreciates my loyalty and do not feel Hubert Vester cares. Very disappointed. Will consider another dealer in future that seems to appreciate my business. More

My Camry was giving me trouble. I called Winford and explained what my problem was and they took care of me. They bought me a loaner car. I recently had my car serviced and very few of the staff were wearing a mask which is mandated by our governor. Very disappointed. I spoke with an associate on the phone prior to my appointment and she assu were wearing a mask which is mandated by our governor. Very disappointed. I work in the healthcare industry and a mask is not a political debate this is life and death for some people. Employees in retail and service industries nation wide are wearing mask and so should all of Hubert Vester employees. More
