Took two weeks to get an appointment for the first 5,000 mile services which is just basically a tire rotation and top of fluids. After arriving for my 2:30pm appointment at 3:10 my truck was still sitting mile services which is just basically a tire rotation and top of fluids. After arriving for my 2:30pm appointment at 3:10 my truck was still sitting in parking lot untouched.I ask the advisor how much longer and he stated “ a tire rotation wait is an average of 1 hour “ he was very rude and acted as if I was bother him for asking, I did not stay and have made an appointment at another dealer even though I live In Wilson . I worked on service for 8 years before I changed careers and I understand the business however a tire rotation should not take more than 30 min and with an appointment there is no reason ad 45 min the vehicle had not been touched . More
