Good service and clean. Had appt at 2 for oil change, waited, but didn’t get car back until nearly 1.5 hours later. Fully understand they are busy. Would be nice to get a status text every ~30 min so waited, but didn’t get car back until nearly 1.5 hours later. Fully understand they are busy. Usually someone comes out when pulling into the service area, this time they did not even though I was the only car. That’s ok as they were busy, but would make it less congested inside. Staff was overheard talking about someone being sick…didn’t see any employee wearing a mask especially when they came out to speak with customers. The mask is to protect others….it would be a nice gesture of the staff to wear one when sitting right next to a customer or leaning over a customer to review the service. More
