Lisa, I appreciate you reaching out to me. It was "very" strange that Ryan called me back within minutes of me submitting my survey, after I had been waiting to hear from him since Friday He told me that he was out with his sick child, I'm sorry to hear about the child's illness but it would of been nice to hear from possibly another Manager or someone else with the dealership to let me know Ryan would get back to me as soon as he could due to his child's illness. Instead I had to wait 5 days, not knowing it I was EVER going to hear from him or if I was just another un-satisfied customer. Ryan and I did come to an agreement and I hope I will feel more confident once again in having your dealership service my trucks. Joey Lamm

My concerns about my battery has been solved. A new battery is scheduled to be installed on fri morning at a fair and acceptable price. I commend Hubert Vester on the follow up call from a representative of the company and i am grateful for the agreement to replace my battery.
