Angela put me in a nice perfect condition car. It wasn’t what I wanted but that was an issue on my end but she got me in a good car with less miles than the car I wanted. It wasn’t what I wanted but that was an issue on my end but she got me in a good car with less miles than the car I wanted. More

Took 2+ hrs to get the paperwork ready for A credit customer with a $15K+ trade in that's listed for $22K on the lot. No other customers in the dealership the entire time. They treat everyone like a customer with a $15K+ trade in that's listed for $22K on the lot. No other customers in the dealership the entire time. They treat everyone like a get me done. I should have walked out on the deal but like the car and they are hard to find. Second key got misplaced and they aren't going to replace it since it wasn't on the we owe sheet. Sold a $40K+ car and squabble about a second key fob. Buyers beware..... More

First thing when I called to schedule service I asked if I dropped my car off late the day before could it be parked inside overnight and was told yes as long as I got there before 7:00 (closing). But then I dropped my car off late the day before could it be parked inside overnight and was told yes as long as I got there before 7:00 (closing). But then when I got there that seemed to be an issue and was told that cars were parked outside because they might not have an open bay. I had to ask at least twice to find out before I left if it could be parked inside. I was finally told it would be inside but I don’t know for sure that it was. I picked my car up the next day and all was well. I drove home and parked in my garage. Two days later, the next time I drove it, when I was about to leave I noticed all 4 of my valve stem caps had been replaced with red ones. So I took it back that afternoon to find out why. I asked the gentleman who had handled the service to step outside and showed him the problem. He did not know why but was in the process of finding out and getting them changed back to black like they were. A female employee ( the same one who at first told me my car would have to be parked outside) at that time asked what the problem was. I told her and her response was she didn’t see how that could possibly happen implying that it did not happen there even though we were looking right at it. She even said “valve stem caps get stolen all the time” which is a pretty stupid explanation. I explained to her the car had been in my garage since I picked it up and I didn’t think anyone had broken into my garage and stolen my valve stem caps and replaced them with red ones. I asked again if someone could find out why they were changed and she said they didn’t even have red ones and didn’t see how it could have happened. So once again I showed them to her. Finally after asking 3 times she went to the back to find out. She said the technician told her there were 2 missing (which I don’t believe is true) so he replaced all 4 with some that he had thinking it would not be a big deal. I told her I didn’t want my car decorated differently than when I took it in. She at that time asked someone to replace them with black ones like I asked but I didn’t appreciate the implication that I was lying or mistaken about how/where it happened, knowing without question that it happened there More
