Service Group provides inspection, oil filter change loyalty tire rotation which is free and returned because brakes installed during last visit were squeali Group provides inspection, oil filter change loyalty tire rotation which is free and returned because brakes installed during last visit were squealing. Replaced brakes with new ones under warrant with no charge. Changed additional fluids that were needed. Purchased New 2009 Toyota Camry there and have 1995 Toyota Camry. Service is great. Transportation to office is provided. Have provided free rentals for large repairs. They have not skimped on the relationship. Provided discounts which are appreciated. Timely service. Great Job! Checkout of T-Boned Prius My Prius got T-Boned and had to be repaired at a Body Shop. After repair, I brought it to HV Toyota for wheel alignment and checkout. There were som My Prius got T-Boned and had to be repaired at a Body Shop. After repair, I brought it to HV Toyota for wheel alignment and checkout. There were some minor items that the body shop had missed or been unable to do, and HV Toyota negotiated a cost-sharing with the body shop for those items. Bottom line: HV Toyota was really looking out for me on the whole repair job. More

Went to the dealership and they were the only one I found that would deal when it came to my trade in. Also when we bought one of our scions (we bought two from them), it had to be ordered and when we went b that would deal when it came to my trade in. Also when we bought one of our scions (we bought two from them), it had to be ordered and when we went back they had found us financing that was 2% less than what we had originally agreed upon.
