Took our 2016 RAV 4 in for maintenance check, new battery & Johnston County NC Inspection. Upon checking out we were told they could not do The Inspection as computer issues. Should have been contacted pri & Johnston County NC Inspection. Upon checking out we were told they could not do The Inspection as computer issues. Should have been contacted prior to Appointment of this issue & would have just rescheduled. Instead this required 2 trips to dealership. More
