The facility was clean, it was apparent that they invest in their community, they were friendly and overall it was an easy experience because they were prepared. Our experience with Hubert Vester Toyota in Wilson NC was the best new car buying experience we have experienced! After shopping with two other Toyotas in NC they were above and beyond for customer service a the best new car buying experience we have experienced! After shopping with two other Toyotas in NC they were above and beyond for customer service and Dealer incentives. Glen Porter was exceptional from the first time we met and through the entire process. He was very easy to communicate with and his communication with the finance manager Billy, was clear and efficient. They were able to find our 2024 Corolla SE in the color and spec we wanted and have it on the spot the very next day. Glen was already working my paperwork and deal before I even arrived. This made my total time at the dealership less than 2hrs. That has to be a record!! and with busy lives was very much appreciated. There was no back and forth baloney with the finance manager and they came with the best deal right out the gate. As active duty military with an out of state license they knew exactly how to handle that (as some dealerships do not). If you are in the market for a new Toyota, I can’t recommend them enough! Even if I had to travel a couple hours to buy a new car, I’d definitely do that to work with them again. Great job keep it up! More
