The experience with Kevin was good. I was anticipating when we got there on Wednesday to get the car he was going to be sitting at his desk waiting for us. That was a little frustrating to have other people try to locate him when we previously told him the time we were going to be there. I will say the employees did the best the can. Kept us updated and accompanied for. I am very pleased with the car I got and I am beyond blessed the company got me floor mats. That is one less thing I have to worry about because no one wants dirty floors. I personally felt like the process was fast because the paperwork was completed before arrival. I recommend doing that before going if not buying the car that exact day. I am very happy with working with Toyota and will continue to work with them. More
