Hubert Vester Honda - Service Center

Today I had a shampooing service scheduled for 11:30 and I am very disappointed in how it was handled. I called a head of time and scheduled it...should be fine but it wasn’t. Apparently the scheduling department does not talk to their actual Service department so they had no clue that I was coming nor did they offer the service that I wanted which was shampooing the seats. When I got there I told the man what I wanted he attempted to find the sheets to do it when he could not he called different places trying to figure out what was going on in no way was he rude he was just as confused as me. So he called the Toyota place across the street which is owned by the same company and told me I could get my shampooing done there. So I went over there and follow the guys exact instructions to park under the breezeway I went in and they told me they had no clue what I was talking about so they sent me to the back of the place to the detailing department which I was completely fine with. However I get out to talk to the people at detailing and they had no clue what I was talking about nor did they want to get up and do anything about it. However I think the man there saw that I was very annoyed and decided to help me out not that I am comfortable leaving my car there but IhSo I went over there and followed the guys exact instructions to park under the breezeway I went in and they told me they had no clue what I was talking about so they sent me to the back of the place to the detailing department which I was completely fine with. However I think the man there saw that I was very annoyed and decided to help me out not that I am comfortable leaving my car there but I appreciated the offer and took him up on it. However I am very disappointed that Honda did not inform me that they did not do shampooing which is a big service that they should offer or at least should take it off of their website if they do not offer it this could’ve been avoided if they had to put true information on their website and start the phone call for scheduling this. I keep getting emails about appointments I don’t have. Haven’t lived in the area for years. Identity is incorrect. I have called service department twice to fix.
