It was a rainy day and cars backed up in service lane and it did not appear that the advisors or assistants were trying to move them for the customers. Had to walk in the rain to check in. Why would they hav it did not appear that the advisors or assistants were trying to move them for the customers. Had to walk in the rain to check in. Why would they have a covered breeze way if cars are not moved for the next customer? Also received an email regrading car fax, INCORRECT mileage was put in. They did get to my car in a timly manner and I was called promptly. That's about it. More

Health has done a good job checking out New Honda CRV and fixing it. We have taken it back 4 times with electrical problems . We have had the car only 4 months with 2,200 miles on it. I feel that if we h and fixing it. We have taken it back 4 times with electrical problems . We have had the car only 4 months with 2,200 miles on it. I feel that if we have another failure on the unit I will have to reach out to Honda . The dealer is great, but the car is giving me problems. More
