Their web site indicated that they had a Honda CR-V available for sale. I contacted them via phone to confirm that it was still available and asked for an out the door price quote. I was told that it was in fact in house and was available. The salesperson told me the manager would have to provide the price and she would transfer me. I left A message on voicemail, no call back. An hour later I called again and spoke to Sandra and she assured me the SUV was available and that I should schedule a test drive. I explained that I was an hour and a half away But if it was on the lot we would make the drive. I again asked for a quote and she said my quote would be available within a half hour. My husband and I drove to see the SUV on the way we checked my email for the quote which never came. When we got there we learned not only had the SUV not arrived from the factory but it was already sold to someone else. We asked to speak to the manager, we could see him at his desk, but he would even get up to talk to us. AVOID THIS PLACE they do not care about their customers. I feel sorry for the people who actually buy a vehicle there. Wish I would have read others reviews first. More

I tried every method at first to get in touch with someone to cancel my warranties. I left voicemails and emails but no one reached back out. I had to submit a request to pretend to sell my vehicle someone to cancel my warranties. I left voicemails and emails but no one reached back out. I had to submit a request to pretend to sell my vehicle in order for someone to contact me. Haley contacted me and I explain the situation to her. She was helpful enough to pass along this information to one of the finance managers. However after a couple more days I still have not received any phone calls or emails. I had to dig for one of the previous salesman‘s phone numbers that sold me my last vehicle Mike. He advised me that he will get me in touch with the finance manager Michael. Michael sent me a document and called me that night and I sent it back to him. I never heard back from him I tried calling the dealership again I’ve emailed Michael two times and still no response. At this point it’s been a frustrating experience so I’ll reach back out to the sales person Mike which has been extremely helpful. Mike advised that he will let Michael know that I have been trying to get in contact with him and that he will also let Mark the sales manager know as well. I asked Mike the salesman to get Mark the sales manager to contact me and he did that night. Mark advised me that he is going to check on my cancellation and give me a call the next day. Surprisingly I did not receive a call the next day so after waiting 48 hours I called the dealership and left a voicemail for Mark the sales manager. I still have not heard back from Mark the sales manager nor Mike the finance manager. I normally do not leave bad reviews but this dealership has provided horrible customer service. More

I have brought several cars in my life and this was the best experience. From the time we arrived on the lot. Gregory”s customer service was top rated. He quickly showed us 2 vehicles. We ended up test driving a Durango and we stopped to check out a Charger. He asked us questions that helped us realize what we were real looking for. The great service did not stop with Gregory, the Sales Manager and the financial manger all made my experience great. Never brought a car in less than 2 hours.
