I first purchased a car from dealership in 2016. I received coupons for some of the services they offer, and I got a free oil change on my first one. Fast forward to 2022, I purchased a new car and I received coupons for some of the services they offer, and I got a free oil change on my first one. Fast forward to 2022, I purchased a new car and did not receive any of those offers. I decided to get my oil changed here because I figured it would be free of charge for the first one... however it was not! I was charged $50. I texted the salesman and he confirmed the first oil change is free. I then told him about my situation and he stated he would find out and get back with me. That was now 2 weeks ago........ Besides the frustration, the people are always nice. More
