I never have to wait long. I had a lovely conversation with other visitors and was out before I hardly noticed. Comfortable waiting area with plenty of snacks and beverages. The wait time to get to the finance office was terrible. I was ready to walk out. It is terrible how someone with ready to spend money is treated.
