Buying experience was great but I pointed out that the foot rest in the driver's baseboard was missing. After buying the car, we ordered the foot rest ourselves but need help putting it in. Our salesman set a service appointment for us and assured us it wouldn't be hard to install. We arrived for our appointment and the service rep also assured us it wouldn't be hard to install. Not once between sales or service rep, we were not informed about a cost before they installed it. I was surprised that we were charged $93 to drive from Raleigh to Wilson to install a foot rest. They said all I needed to do was pull the carpet forward alittle and it pops in. So why was I charged $93??? No communication. Very disappointed!! More
