Excellent and honest service, told me I didn't need brake pads after I requested it but would if I insisted. After battery change, I did NOT have to recover settings. Tech used a battery minder to sav brake pads after I requested it but would if I insisted. After battery change, I did NOT have to recover settings. Tech used a battery minder to save seat, radio station, etc settings. They have a new permanent customer. More
