I have always had a great experience up until my recent oil change. After about a week after getting it serviced we noticed an oil leak. I took it back and was told our records show you had a previous oi oil change. After about a week after getting it serviced we noticed an oil leak. I took it back and was told our records show you had a previous oil leak. When I asked why didn’t anyone mention it to me, I was not given a straight answer. I was then quoted thousands of dollars of work that needed to be done. Something clearly happened during my oil change but no one wanted to take ownership. I will be taking my business to another dealership from now on. I am no longer a customer because my trust was broken as i do not feel they were honest with what really happened. More
