Hubert Vester Chevrolet in Wilson NC has the best service department I have ever experienced. I’ve only had small issues with my Chevrolet truck and even when I thought there was a problem service department department I have ever experienced. I’ve only had small issues with my Chevrolet truck and even when I thought there was a problem service department checked it out and it was resolved. Vester Chevrolet may do good service, but I have never brought my car back home as clean as I carried it as long as I have been using them. As I clean my car myself, every time I bring it home after any brought my car back home as clean as I carried it as long as I have been using them. As I clean my car myself, every time I bring it home after any service, it seems I get more upset than the last. This is no way to be with service industries. Also, their choice of an outside glass vendor is terrible (Ultimate Glass, Middlesex, NC). There needs to be quality control by Hubert Vester Chevrolet for all the outside vendors they use. The service guys at the desk couldn't be more accommodating, however, they (apparently) aren't quality control or don't determine or don't know... what to look for. More
