I dealt with Bev on 2 separate occasions. She is the best. She has excellent communication skills and on the 2nd occasion she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. Bev did both of those things above 5-star ratings. I highly recommend her to anyone needing Cadillac service. I will continue my relationship with Omaha Cadillac service department because of how well Bev helped me. Thanks Bev! More
We were told we could use our electrician to install our house charger for our Lyriq. We were sent the application form for him to become a provider but when this guy (Casey) found out they weren’t acceptin house charger for our Lyriq. We were sent the application form for him to become a provider but when this guy (Casey) found out they weren’t accepting any new providers and he really didn’t know the process $1500 later we are stuck with the bill. Now we have to take this guy and Woodhouse to court to recover the funds. More

we bought a certified preowned Cadillac, the dealership failed to inform us that the vehicle had a previous accident listed on autocheck, we found out 6 months later when we looked to trade it to a differe failed to inform us that the vehicle had a previous accident listed on autocheck, we found out 6 months later when we looked to trade it to a different dealership which caused the vehicle value to drop even more. spoke with original salesman about it and was informed that they have no obligation to inform potential buyers of the history, was even told while signing paperwork, when briefly shown the carfax, that it has a clean title (this is true) and that there was no past issues with the vehicle, when i say briefly shown, i mean it was presently just long enough for us to initial at the bottom. We came to Woodhouse in July we had been sparked by interest in the xt4 model, Marty salesman came outside and we clearly made a big mistake by purchasing the vehicle from him. It turned out It wasn’t interest in the xt4 model, Marty salesman came outside and we clearly made a big mistake by purchasing the vehicle from him. It turned out It wasn’t what we were hoping for and now decided to sell it only to find out the dealership failed to call an accident too our attention that the vehicle was listed in causing us to be offered $8k less for the vehicle then we bought it 7 months ago. They are saying they weren’t obligated to tell us anything. Please save yourself frustration and don’t buy from woodhouse run don’t walk! More
I was told the Tech Package and Navigation on my XT4 was present. I reached out to Woodhouse and it's has not been resolved. We have talked but I am still waiting for a call back again. If your looking for any vehicle he can help especially if it’s in that luxury line. Once your done with Brent, Ryan Blauw back in finance is ready to make it a breeze. He explained everything but put no pressure on us. He made it so simple and quick I forgot we were buying a car. Huber did excellent! We had an outstanding experience with our salesman, Marty deBoer. Very professional, and he listened to what we wanted. I originally came in to test drive the mid-size SUV, which I did.
