Disorganized and Uncommunicative I made the appointment weeks in advance, which was a feat in itself to get someone in the phone. My messages left and calls were not returned. They still asked several times why I was bringing the car in and we’re unprepared when I got there to do the diagnostics within the day. They wanted to keep the car overnight. Their lack of understanding of the issues it was having and severe time management and communication problems didn’t inspire fairy that they knew how to diagnose the problem and definitely not repair my car. The $9000 estimate was a joke. They’ve seen the last of me. More

Service is awful I’ve never had worse customer service than I did here by the service manager. She was extremely rude, down right mean and made me feel stupid. She gave me a hard time on things that were already agreed upon at the time I purchased the vehicle. She was a complete xxxxx. To top things off they had my car for a week because they drug their feet and also never followed up to keep me posted as promised multiple times. The loaner car that I was given had shot brakes and rotors. Pulsated so bad I didn’t even feel comfortable driving it. The sales department was awesome at this dealer but the service couldn’t be more opposite. More
