Great customer service Called in with questions on a vehicle they had listed on a Tuesday and was able to get all questions answered and with detail. Told the salesman (Tim) I would make the 3hr drive down Thursday morning. Arrived and the vehicle was washed and sitting up front ready for my inspection. During our test ride a check engine light came on. Returned to the dealership and Tim said he would have their service department get right on it. Grabbed lunch and came back an hour or so later to find the vehicle repaired with a new pressure sensor. Drove home that night with the new vehicle the wife wanted. Felt comfortable with Tim and the rest of the team here at Huber. I'd make the 3hr drive again for another clean and well represented vehicle. More

My latest shopping experience was super easy and pain free, as far as purchasing a vehicle goes. My sales associate was a newer member of the Huber team, Emily, and she did an outstanding job. I originally came in to check out a 4 door Ram pickup. My Ford Ranger, that I loved, just wasnt cutting it with two car seats anymore. Talking with Emily she could tell the Ram wasnt quite right for me. So we pursued and she got to know about what I NEEDED in a vehicle. So I test drove a smaller SUV. it was nice, but didnt quite feel right for me. Oddly enough, for someone who came in to see a massive truck I got this Jetta. Extremely low mileage, great price, great car. They deal mainly with a local bank. Made things simple. The next day I have the vehicle that is right for my family and myself! Rick Crano the business manager is very personable. Remembers and asked about my parents. Knows the community and those that walk through the door. I cant recommend this dealership higher or I would. Emily was an amazing sales associate and does her job right. 0 pressure, knowledge on hand. Service department is right there for any questions. Stop here first if you are looking for a vehicle.
