Brand new truck 2014 F-150 after 3 months has coolant in my engine cylinders. Kept vehicle 3 months said it was ready picked it up still had same problem. Kept vehicle 3 more months called it’s ready. 6 mon my engine cylinders. Kept vehicle 3 months said it was ready picked it up still had same problem. Kept vehicle 3 more months called it’s ready. 6 months later my spark plugs were bad. I guess so water was pumped into cylinders. Would not warranty charged 900$ for new plugs. Would never buy another vehicle from hub city or Ford. More

Had discount coupon for service on my truck, told service advisor that it was under my keys and to please apply it to my bill. Bought an F150 from Hubcity ford. The order experience from ford was difficult had to wait 11 months for truck to show up. Hub city did all they could to make the experience better. Used pickup and delivery for the first time, it's very convenient when you don't have to leave home or work. But service valet was not very educated on traffic laws. He ran a stop sign and swung the back convenient when you don't have to leave home or work. But service valet was not very educated on traffic laws.
