Oil & Filter change. Took 1 1/2 Hrs. for oil & filter change. Would rather just pick up oil & filter & and change myself in just 15 minutes.Done MPI.checked everthing ok. Hub City Ford For the last 19 years I have bought cars @ HCF. Have had good service. If anything was found that needed fixing I was kept informed. For maintenance For the last 19 years I have bought cars @ HCF. Have had good service. If anything was found that needed fixing I was kept informed. For maintenance care I get there at 6:45 am and I am usually out of there by 8:00 am. On Monday March 5,2019 I was there for maintenance at the usual time 6:45 am and did not get out of there until after 11:00 am. Sometime after 09:00 I went to the desk to check how much longer my car would be. After checking w/ Paul( he was the service person that wrote up my work ticket}, he came to tell me that my car had not been taken to work on d/t a miscommunication between 2 service people. Paul did apologize for the miscommunication . He then tells me that they will take the car and that they should be able to be done within a half hour. This was around 09:30. I did not get called to the desk to pay until some time near 11:00. Then in reviewing my bill , I had been overcharged for the oil . They did recalculate ,I paid and left there sometime after 11:00.Not real happy at that time More
