My car was drove to the Jag dealership on a friday. It has been 2.5 weeks and they are still not done, i had a warranty on my car and they needed to get a new transmission. IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO WEEKS AND THE HAVENT EVEN CALLED ME! i have to call them everyday to see the status on it, and when i finally get a hold of someone, they just say, " a service technician hasn't had time to look at the car yet." Total crap! Terrible, do not go, the owners are great people, but they hired idiots to run there shop!!!! DO NOT GO! GO TO A JAG DEALERSHIP THAT CARES ABOUT ITS PEOPLE! Service is poor and it is being run very poorly. More
