Bait and Switch! I feel I'm in a place now where I can write a full, accurate, and unbiased review of my experience. I wanted to purchase a new GMC Canyon and saw a good price through one of the online car search sites (AutoTrader/Cars.com). I contacted the dealership to get an out the door price - rebates, taxes, titles, etc. included because I live two hours away and didn't want to waste anyone's time. I was given a good price that was to include all the previously mentioned charges. I drive to the dealership on a day I took off work, and spent some time with my sales rep, Todd. We test drove the truck while we waited for financing - who was having a meeting that day. I ended up waiting a few extra hours because of this meeting, which I won't fault too much, but would think if a customer has been waiting a long time then they could pull someone out to help in a timely manner. Of course, when I finally do meet with the finance manager, the price of the truck is $2,400 more than the out the door price I was quoted. Apparently, there was a recent change in how they quote/administer taxes, and the sales rep thought he was quoting me the final price - but it obviously wasn't! There's nothing they can do to help lower the price, and the finance manager even asked me verbatim "Are you really going to leave because of $2,400?" as if it is some chump change! YES! I did leave - and they didn't offer anything for my time or trouble, and no one tried to call, text, or reach out to me after this experience! I had another similar experience at different dealership and at least they offered more money for my trade in and even offered to fill up my gas tank when I left! I'm not expecting any business to lose $2,400 because of some error or mistake by some system or employee, but at least work with me to make a deal or don't make my day a total waste! Overall bad customer experience and they do not care about their customers! More

Didnt want to work with us Came in to look at a Yukon. Lowed balled our trade in and wouldn’t come down on the price when there were some problems we noticed. Couldn't ask for a better experience! I found a listing on car gurus for the exact GMC acadia that I had been searching for. The price was so great that I was skeptical there would be additional fees or hoops to jumps through. My local dealer gave me a "warning" to be wary of a price that good because "it just couldn't be" and "no dealer could sell for that price". Let me tell you that was not the case! Everything was clearly written and explained, definitely no crazy hidden fees. My husband and I live almost 500 miles away in FL. We decided to hop on a plane and go get my new SUV for that great price! The amazing southern hospitality definitely helped our decision as well. Howard Bentley was so good to us! I'm still shocked about how far over and beyond they went to help us out! They met us at the airport with the SUV and paperwork on a holiday weekend (Christmas) after hours. We were all done within about 10 minutes and on our way home! You won't beat their prices or customer service! Jeff, who was our salesman, was so good to us making sure that everything was perfect and just how we wanted it. Taylor was so good about getting back to me via email and was always friendly when answering the phone. We didn't finance through the dealer but David was still so helpful making sure our draft and everything was good to go! Of course Jan who delivered the vehicle was great as well. I literally don't have even 1 negative remark or bit of constructive criticism. Howard Bentley is amazing and will have my business in the future! Thank you all so much! More
