We are sorry you feel that way. The financial institutions that we deal with weren't open to accepting your credit profile due to their risk parameters at this time. This was mainly due to the low down payment, low credit score, the outstanding loan amount on your trade in (8k), and the negative equity on the vehicle which would've put you at a total loan amount of $32-33k. The repossession that was on your credit profile also didn't help. If the repo was disclosed we would've ended the conversation there. This deal was challenging and definitely not a situation we would try to encourage. You were persistent, thus we made every attempt to search for sub prime lenders willing to underwrite the loan which could be possible, but very challenging. We also receive over 100 calls a day from buyers all over the US, with various different financial situations and purchasing methods. Most of our buyers are cash buyer, some bring their own financing, others will use ours. It just depends on credit history. All while this was going on, the vehicle ended up being sold to another dealership, which would have been easy to unwind but your credit profile didn't warrant that with the institutions that we use. We have no say in their decision to accept or decline your loan due to your credit history. We made a call to the other dealership informing them of the situation, and asked them to give you a call to help your case out if there was a solution. The root of the issue is that the credit profile wasn't appealing to the banks we reached out. Again, we understand your frustration, but our vehicles can be sold to buyers (dealers/consumers), at any time. If there's no deposit placed on the vehicle or funding secured then the vehicle is accessible to buyers at any time.

You lie Alex, the other dealer called me to inform me that I should get the VIN on the car you were still trying to sell me as of this morning because she had bought it from you 2 days prior & you were trying to sell me a car you no longer owned! I have screenshots of our conversation from this morning of you saying you “wanted to still try to get me approved for the Mustang, if I was willing”, of you asking me for more money for the down payment...for what? A car you had sold 2 days prior??? Not once did you mention you sold it to another dealer & that I should deal with them, you still said you were sending my info to banks to get me approved for the Mustang. It wasn’t until I questioned you for the VIN number & current pictures that you confessed that you’d sold it to Texas Auto! I told you this morning that I didn’t want to deal you anymore & I didn’t want the car any longer if I had to deal with you...then you had the nerve to message me & ask me to give you another shot at getting into the Mustang knowing full well that you’d sold it 2 days ago & it wasn’t even on your lot anymore???Explain that away Alex? Don’t forget I have receipts to prove what I’m saying is true, I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to sell a vehicle you don’t legally own! If my husband or my credit suffers from your negligence & illegal actions, I will consult with an attorney! BUYERS BEWARE⚠️

We specifically asked the other dealer to call you regarding the vehicle to see if they could help secure financing for you based on your profile which other banks wouldn't accept due to your REPO with Carmax, an existing negative equity loan with Drivetime. We explained to them your credit situation, and had them give you a call. Your credit situation wasn't acceptable to our lenders, Quite frankly, we didn't have to run credit the more we understood the variables at play. Ultimately, we had to call around to different banks to verbally ask them what they would accept with $2k down, low credit, negative equity, and a REPO. Despite the weak proposition, we still made attempts to search for lenders. Meanwhile, vehicles are still being bought and sold. We are sorry that this didn't work out due to the time it took to find you a lender, and the vehicle being sold to another buyer in the process. There was no guarantee that any lender would've accepted your deal. However I'm sure the guys at Texas Auto would be more than willing to also help. This is our final response.

I’LL POST THIS HERE SINCE YOU APPARENTLY BLOCKED MY NUMBER AFTER PLAYING MIND GAMES WITH ME THROUGH TEXTS ABOUT THE MUSTANG YOU NEVER OWNED! Hey Alex, I just wanted to say TY 🙏🏽 for not selling us what was probably a lemon 🍋 that you didn't even own anymore, from a sketchy back lot of a real estate company in Houston🤣 We're very happy with our Certified 2017 Ford Mustang with bumper to bumper warranty, 135 month extended warranty & Gap coverage! All this with only $2,000 down & our trade😮 See...good things happen to good people🙏🏽 I know you were just playing mind games with me that last day on the phone, you were never calling any banks to get us approved because you didn't even own the car anymore...plus you later admitted which I have in writing that you wouldn't submit to the banks based on our credit because you "knew" they wouldn't approve! Well we did get approved by a very well known credit union bank🙏🏽 So like I said TY for being a malicious & nasty person👏🏽...it lead us to an awesome & amazing car/deal🙌🏽 Wish I could post the pics here😞 I sent them through text so you could my beautiful new to me car🤍 but you blocked it after playing mind games with me about the car you never owned!
