Hi Floresant, We follow up with every customer as they schedule an appointment. We have no record of your visit or call. Which car were you inquiring about, and what is your budget. Both of those variables dictate the condition of the vehicle. Some of our vehicles are trade-ins and haven't gone through a complete review thus our maintenance items haven't been completed. If this was a fresh trade in, then that's something we cant control. Used cars have various different levels of prior use and their conditions may vary depending on the prior owner. We have newer vehicles to choose from at the high end at our different dealerships, if you were at our trade in lot, it seems like you were interested in a used car.
