Rude Management, Friendly Staff Staff was very friendly and inside of dealership clean. I was very specific over the phone as to not wanting to have my time wasted, yet it was wasted nonetheless. When I brought up the problems with the Audi, I was told that, "It's an old car, what do you expect? It's not perfect," and, "I knew what the price was when I drove up [there]." Despite insulting me and acting as though I was wasting /his/ time, manager Christian kept trying to lock down the deal to get this lemon off his lot - though he was very proud of the vinyl decals they put on the car, even though he didn't know that the driver's side window was broken, the main indicator LED panel begged for death, and there were thumbtacks holding up the headliner, none of which were mentioned, or shown in the copious pictures on the dealer website. Christian also declined a warranty with any alteration of price, which told me that even if the current issues were documented, he didn't trust the vehicle for 3 months, 4,500 miles - so neither should I.
